Life Design Workshops are introspective theme based sessions that develop personal expression, creative thinking and practical self help tools.
My Life Coach training is with Martha Beck and Martha Beck coaches in the practice of Finding Your Own North Star and The Work – Byron Katie. I use their coaching methods combined with my own experience as an arts educator to provide enlightening and meaningful learning experiences for people who want to improve the quality of their lives with creative thinking.
